Cancún, Quintana Roo, July 10, 2024.- Adán Isaí Zaragoza Meneses returns home, to the place where he was happy. The skilled midfielder will enjoy his second experience with Cancún FC in the Expansion League, after the one he experienced in the 2021-2022 campaign.

In his first stage, then led by former Argentine goalkeeper Federico Vilar, he was part of the squad in the Apertura 2021 and Clausura 2022. He played 32 games, including a Reclassification against Tepatitlán and a Quarterfinal against Celaya, in his second tournament.

In that period, he scored five goals (three in the Apertura 2021, the first in the victory against Raya2 at the 'Gigante de Acero', on Thursday, July 29). The rest were against Mineros de Zacatecas in the fifth and Celaya in the 17th round, respectively.

Already in the Clausura 2022, he scored on the sixth date against Tampico Madero and one more against Tepatitlán, in the Reclassification.

Born on November 29, 1997 in this tourist destination, the 23-year-old footballer began his career in 2013, in the Third Division with Pioneros Juniors. Afterwards, he played with Pioneros de Cancún, until in 2017 he was recruited by Pumas, registered in their Second Division team.

In 2018 he returned to Pioneros and in 2021 he would join Cancún FC. After finishing the Clausura 2022, he emigrated to Ecuador to join Cumbayá.

It was in 2023 that he returned to our country to defend the colors of Racing FC Porto Palmeiras, with which he won the International Premier Tournament, in addition to being named the 'Most Valuable Player' (MVP) of the tournament.

In his new adventure, he will meet fellow Caribbeans Jorge Díaz Price and Mauro Pérez.
