The Iguanas Board of Directors, headed by its vice president, Giovanni Solazzi, entertains sports journalists with a fun soccer game at the 'Andrés Quintana Roo' stadium
Cancún, Quintana Roo August 17, 2023.- 'For Everyone' reads the slogan of Cancún FC, and a fundamental part of its mission to bring the fans closer to its team is the media.
As on March 11, Iguanas staff and the sports press starred in a new battle on the field of the 'Andrés Quintana Roo' stadium this Wednesday night.
The Cancún FC board of directors team was led by the vice president, Giovanni Solazzi, accompanied by the sports director, Jonathan Himelfarb, the director of sports operations, Alejandro Vela, marketing director, Diego Rodríguez and Jorge Montiel, director of operations of the stadium, to name a few.
With the media, they did the Director of Communication, Omar Terrazas, who in the first half defended the rival's goal. Along with him, lined up the press chief, Ángel Villegas, and other journalists, such as María Fernanda Hernández, Moisés Castañeda, Aldo Galán, Kim Wong, Mario Flores, Gustavo Baca, Samuel Chan, Pablo Vázquez and Raúl Parra, among others, directed by Abigail Castillo.
“For Cancún FC, your support is very important to spread our activities and generate identity in the city. We are aware that the previous tournament was difficult, we cannot deny it. Now it is different, I have no doubt that in this semester we will fight for the title and soon we will achieve certification to aspire to the First Division.
We not only focus on the sporting issue, but also on the social and cultural issues, on offering our people and tourists an unforgettable experience when they come to 'Andrés Quintana Roo,'" Giovanni Solazzi told reporters, after concluding the meeting.
