CANCÚN FC STRENGTHENS TIES WITH GIRLS AND BOYS FROM THE 'GUADALUPE VICTORIA' ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MORNING SHIFT

Cancún, Quintana Roo January 21, 2025.- Cancún FC continues with its social work project, now at the Guadalupe Victoria Elementary School, Morning Shift.
The Iguanas reaffirm their commitment to the Cancun community and what better way than with this series of visits to schools and colleges, which in addition to inspiring girls and boys, allows fans to get closer to the team, together on their path to the First Division.
Footballers are role models and idols for children, and as proof of this, the captain, Benjamín Galindo, set an example for his interlocutors, who listened very attentively to the experiences he has lived during his career.
“Before I got involved in football, my passion was horses. Now, I really enjoy this sport and with Cancún FC we are going for more championships,” acknowledged the leader of the Caribbean defense.
Football is an ideal activity for implementing programs and Cancún FC, aside from the sports theme, is a promoter of social work.
For his part, midfielder Alan Rodríguez also shared his story, his time in football, until he became part of the Iguanas.
“In the First Division, I played with Toluca and in the Expansion League with Tlaxcala, Celaya and now, Cancún FC,” said the footballer from Guadalajara.
The visit ended with the traditional souvenir photo, with the girls and boys, accompanied by the school director, Jesús Antonio Gamboa and their teachers, Graciela Gómez Quintal and Martha López Toox, respectively.
