Cancún, Quintana Roo November 14, 2023.- To the good moment that Cancún FC is experiencing ahead of its participation in the Quarterfinals of the MX Expansion League, another great news is added: Christo Vela was called up to the Mexican Sub Team 23 for the friendlies against Pumas and América on the November FIFA Date.

Ricardo Cadena, technical director of the Tricolor of the specialty, called up a total of 24 players, among them the Iguanas player, currently on loan with the Austin Football Club II of the Major League Soccer (MLS) of American football.
