BOSTON CANCUN FC DEBUTS AT HOME WITH A VICTORY AGAINST FELINOS 48
The Cancun team comes back against the Tabasco team with a double from Aldo Solano and another from Enoc Márquez, on the second day of the 2024-2025 LTDP Season
Cancún, Quintana Roo, September 21, 2024.- Boston Cancún FC came back from an early goal by Felinos 48 and ended up taking (3-1) the victory, their first at home and second in a row in the 2024-2025 Season of the Third Professional Division League (LTDP).
Aldo Solano, the architect of the Caribbean team, made the difference with a double (20' and 29'). Enoc Márquez (63') shaped the score on the synthetic field of the State High Performance Sports Center (CEDAR) in Cancún.
The match began and Felinos opened the scoring after two minutes, with a shot from Esdras González to the near post, which beat the goalkeeper, Gastón Santos.
Emiliano Salvatierra then tested goalkeeper Santos with a long-range shot that went just wide.
The equaliser came in the 20th minute, thanks to Aldo Solano, with a shot in the six-yard box, to the near post of goalkeeper Gabriel Martínez.
The hosts then missed the second when Maximiliano Barragán went one-on-one with goalkeeper Martínez, but shot wide.
Boston turned the score around with Aldo Solano's second goal, now in the 29th minute, with a shot from the left that beat the outstretched goalkeeper, Martínez.
Already in the second half, the team led by the teacher, Edgar Iván Liévano Flores, scored the third, this time with a breakaway by Enoc Márquez. The number '146' was left alone against Gabriel Martínez, whom he beat with a shot to the right post.
The Caribbean team dominated the second half with important arrivals of players, such as Gustavo Martínez and Cristopher Vázquez, who were unable to make effective their options against the goalkeeper, Gabriel Martínez.
The result allows the Cancún FC affiliate to add six points. The Tabasco team remained with two.
On the third date, Boston Cancún FC will visit Puerto Morelos to face Deportivo CTM Búhos, on Saturday, September 28.
